I loved our welcoming receptionist Sloan she was an absolute dear. We were celebrating daughter’s birthday. Sloan sent us cookies which my daughter was so happy about! Sloan also gave her free ice cream tokens! I think Sloan was a perfect intro into what was about to come. The room is spacious and clean. Room service the food was delicious. In the morning we had pancakes and sat on the balcony. Btw Sloan upgraded our room, too! We paid extra but she said the other room would of been tight. We are tall folks=) Outside pools are great for families. The outdoor area also has games for adults and kids. Good selfie areas too! Close to all the disney parks & disney springs. We had a great time! Oh try the ice cream and coffee shop just delicious 😋

The overall experience was excellent; the staff was friendly and well trained, they were all very professional and we even forgot that we were in Orlando for Disney. The entertainment for kids was fabulous; the movie in the swimming pool was amazing and our daughter had an excellent time. The beds, always comfortable in all of your hotels, but again so appreciated after being at Disney all day long.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the lazy river was just awesome, relaxing and not a whole bunch of crowd. Lots of activities for kids.The food was extraordinary. a wide variety of restaurants to dine. I liked Capa restaurant the most. Cleanliness of the room was just perfect and there was a spray jet bidet in the bathroom. Everything was just perfect. We definitely had a blast.

I loved the number of pools, and the electors outside area. There is a huge screen at the main pool that played kids movies all day at the pool. When you are eating at the pool they bring it in an these perfect dishes and it’s makes it really easy to eat, would have never think of that. Everything is thought to the last detail
